Are your phones genuine and network unlocked?

Yes. New handsets are supplied sealed from authorised UK distributors and are network unlocked unless the product page says otherwise. Refurbished handsets are clearly labelled with their cosmetic grade and battery health.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is £3.99 and free on orders over £50, arriving in two to three working days. Next-day delivery and free click-and-collect from our Bathgate shop are also available. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Can I return something if it does not fit my phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the item unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. See our Refund & Return Policy.

What warranty do I get?

Warranty length is shown on every product page. New products normally carry a 12 or 24 month manufacturer warranty and refurbished handsets carry a 12 month store warranty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, bank transfer, and cash in store. Card details are entered on the payment provider's encrypted page and are never stored on this website.

Yes. Call +44 800 066 8044 during opening hours and we will take your order, confirm compatibility with your device and arrange delivery or collection.

Do you fit screen protectors?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we fit screen protectors bought from us free of charge at the Bathgate shop during opening hours. No appointment is needed but please allow ten minutes.

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

We email a tracking number when your order is dispatched. You can also enter your order number and email address on our Track Order page, or call the shop and we will check it for you.
