Warranty Policy
The warranty that applies to each product is stated on its product page. This policy explains what that cover includes and how to claim.

Warranty periods
- New phones, smartwatches, chargers and power banks: 24-month manufacturer warranty.
- New earbuds, cables and cases: 12-month warranty.
- Refurbished handsets: 12-month store warranty provided by us.
- Fitted screen protectors: 30-day replacement for fitting faults.
The warranty period runs from the delivery or collection date shown on your receipt.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and component failures that occur under normal use, including faults in batteries that fall below 80% of rated capacity within the warranty period on refurbished handsets.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, cracked screens and crush damage.
- Liquid damage, including corrosion.
- Damage from unauthorised repair, disassembly or non-compliant chargers.
- Cosmetic wear, scratches and normal battery ageing within specification.
- Software issues caused by modified firmware or third-party applications.
- Consumable items such as ear tips and adhesive pads.
Making a claim
- Call +44 800 066 8044 or email [support@yourdomain.example — placeholder] with your order number and a description of the fault.
- We will arrange a free return or ask you to bring the item into the shop.
- We test the item, and where the fault is confirmed we repair it, replace it, or refund it — the remedy is set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Typical turnaround is five to ten working days, and we keep you updated by phone or email.
Before you send a device
Please back up your data, remove your SIM and memory cards, sign out of your accounts and disable any activation lock. We cannot recover data and are not responsible for data loss.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and those rights are not limited by this policy.
