Where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes and what to do if something goes wrong with your parcel.

Delivery options and costs
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £3.99. Delivered within two to three working days. Free on orders over £50.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.99. Delivered the next working day for orders placed before 14:00, Monday to Friday.
- Click and collect — free. Collect from 11 George Place, Bathgate, Scotland EH48 1NX, United Kingdom during opening hours. We email you when your order is ready, usually within two hours.
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take one to two extra working days.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend or on a bank holiday, are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a tracking number by email at dispatch.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, our Track Order page, or call +44 800 066 8044 and we will check the status for you.
Delayed, lost or damaged parcels
- Please allow ten working days from dispatch before a UK parcel can be treated as lost by the carrier.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photographs.
- Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we will refund the goods and deduct the original delivery charge, or resend at the standard delivery rate.
Restrictions
Lithium battery products such as power banks and phones are shipped by road in line with carrier rules. Some carriers restrict these items for certain destinations, which can add one working day.
