1. About these terms

By placing an order on this website or by phone you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Forming a contract

Adding items to your basket and submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Pricing and availability

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order and are not included in the product price.
• Stock levels are updated daily. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you the same working day with the options available.
• If we discover an obvious pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund the order.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Bank transfer, Cash in store. Payment is taken when the order is placed. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellation and returns

Consumers may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Full details, including exclusions for sealed audio products where the seal has been broken, are in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Warranty

Warranty cover for each product is stated on the product page and in our Warranty Policy. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or damage caused by unauthorised repair.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this website fraudulently, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit automated or abusive form submissions. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect fraud.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for a contract is limited to the price paid for the goods. We are not liable for loss of data on any device — please back up your device before any repair or exchange.
